My idea for the failed CEOs is, they are not bad people, and they are not being lazy or unconcerned, they might be well capable people and knows a lot about the business. What is wrong to them is that they are just not meant to do it; they are taking the wrongs jobs and doing the wrong thing at a wrong time of their lives.
