In final analysis in this random sample there did not seem to a lot of difference in high fiber cereals and the low/moderate fiber cereals. In my personal opinion the low/moderate fiber cereals seem to be just as good of a choice as that of high fiber with the extra bonus of being cheaper and they even taste better.
