…Yoga - listening. One must always listen to their body and mind. Never push to do more than they allow; take gradual steps to achieve goals. This important factor will prevent injury while doing poses. Yoga allows one to do as few or many poses as desired- challenging the body and mind- and reaping evident benefits from even the smallest amount. Over the years it has become my key to a vigorous and happy lifestyle.
