that eighteen is still considered childhood, due to the fact that some turned eighteen at the end of their junior year of high school. Someone at that point in their lives has enough trouble balancing a part time job and school, much less the responsibility of having adult privileges. Either way you see it, I feel that lowering the drinking age could put a stop to underage binge-drinking, and the amount of drunk driving fatalities.
