…thus the loss of military contracts and social reasons such as bad living conditions. This is proven by the fact that as soon as the economy was on the up the troubles stopped. I believe that the government did focus more on law and order but not as much as the amount of legislation suggests. Each piece of legislation when looked at is well planned and talked a particular problem in keeping law and order.
