feel that if something doesn't change soon, we should expect another Los Angeles riot. But why does it take a social movement to change something that millions agree is wrong? Why did it take a civil war to figure out that slavery is wrong? And what is it going to take to change this three-strike law that leaves many wrong people in prison?
