…for their responsibilities as soldiers. The Roman Army served for all purposes and was always prepared. They were experienced and participated in building and engineering projects; they were always there to protect their citizens and they were always there to help out the local communities in some way. All of these duties fulfilled probably without any benefit. No matter what duty the Roman Army was called to do, they always stood ready, strong and proud.
