Recent events have shown a need for change in a certain part of the United States' society; the Electoral College. This proposal shows that change is needed in the way the President of the United States of America, arguably the most pwerful man in the world, is elected to office. The Electoral College must be changed or dropped. It is time for the voting public to get the word out to the local, state, and national government; or even your neighbor.
