Everyday, millions of hectares of rain forests gets cleared, for land, fuel, and building materials. Industry is usually at the root of this destruction of one of nature's resources. Land is needed for highways, agriculture, livestock, or to expand a city. …nature to defend itself. In conclusion, rain forests are a valuable resource and should not be squandered away by man. These forests should be preserved as a balance in nature. However, the human race does not take into consideration of what happens if these forests are destroyed. It affects the earth and may lead from a green planet to a dead planet in the end. After all, once gone these forests can never grow back.
