…should give parents or prospective parents with a useful list of ideas to lessen sibling rivalry. It is ironic that people have to have a license to catch a fish, own a dog and fly a kite, but they will let anyone raise a child. Since there are no prerequisites for raising children, there has to be some sort of guidelines. It is hard enough raising children; a little help will not hurt.
