In Tacittus writings he show many differences between the Romans and the Germans of the ancient world. During Tacittus stay in Germany he noticed that the Germans did not marry people outside of the German race so all of the men looked almost identical. The Germans were also very powerful men that did not fancy in riches like silver and gold, but were more of a barbarians that wanted more to feast
