…and less time for fun; we were growing up. Growing up without each other. This reality has been a shock, a shock from which we have never recovered. We rarely see each other now; as of today, it has been two full years since our last meeting. Without her, my summers seem to pass by drearily and uneventful. I long so much for those summers, so much that I wish to live in them evermore.
