What if a drugstore actually sold drugs? No, not aspirin and Prozac but actual narcotics such as Marijuana, Cocaine and Heroine. What if when an individual turns eighteen or twenty-one he or she would now be able to vote and purchase not only cigarettes and alcohol but narcotics also?
