…not worked, as indicated by the growing number of arrests of illegal prostitutes. Clearly as the war on drugs has failed, the war on prostitution is failing as well. Government regulation of these services could help all parties involved. That said, if people, like street walking prostitutes would still continue to work outside the law, I would have no problems instating harsher penalties for them, as everyone pays double for speeding in the 65 mph zone.
