…nuclear capabilities and the NMD the US would be too far advanced. The US is trying to be sensitive to other countries around the world because we do not want to disrupt relationships.
I think that the idea of a NMD is a good precaution for the US to take. I understand that it is a sensitive subject among other countries, but if handled properly I hope that the world can come to an agreement.
