It is different in the sense where there is the loony toons theme song as well as a more intense tempo.
Overall, I would prefer the "Mahler Symphony 2 - Movement V" conducted by Claudio Abbado because to me, it seems that his version has more emotion in it. Though emotion is not the most important thing in music, I found that the tempo and dynamics were more noticeable and used more often in his version.
