Macbeth
William Shakespeare wrote Macbeth in 1603. This play is a
tragedy that poses Macbeth, a power hungry Scottish General,
as the main character. Macbeth kills King Duncan and
because Duncans sons flee Macbeth becomes King of Scotland.
Malcolm, Duncans oldest son and rightful heir to the throne
, is then faced with the question of his own ability to rule
if he should return to troubled Scotland and defeat Macbeth.
