…decision was made called the Three-Fifths Compromise. It stated that for every five slaves, three would be counted for representation. Lastly the delegates argurued over taxation. The North wanted the slaves to be counted for taxes since they counted for population. The South didn't like this, because they wanted the slaves to count as population but not count for taxes. So the delegates decided to also use the Three-Fifths compromise on the slaves for taxes.
