…the future is hopeful. However, governmental action can't really make any difference, because the Internet is too diffuse, too international, too much "the cat that long ago escaped the bag"... Finally, Businesses will soon be run without anyone sitting in an office it will all be done through computers. In 2002 we are already using the internet to do business with foreign countries and this will continue to grow as long as we are technologically advancing.
