The internet pushes us to interact and think much unlike the television which keeps us as passive observers. Did Doug Engelbert think that the internet would turn into a global phenomena is such a short amount of time? What will the internet look like in another 25 years? Will the virtual world eventually become our physical reality? Only time will tell.
