I would like to add that even if such 'new' strategy hides a lot of risks both for the management of any given company and the employees, the right adoption of this model would definitely benefit everyone within the organization. For the firm that would be saved money, time and additional resources. For the workers motivation, new opportunities and rewards, of course pointing at the workers that pose knowledge, strength and desire to do it.
