…as criminals. There are several cases where the criminal at risk shows no signs of violent tendencies at all, although statistics say he should be. This then, is how these people deserve to be treated, as though they are not criminals. These people who are influenced genetically are also influenced by other things such as the environment. While the predisposition toward crime exists, it does not hold control over the life one chooses to live.
