…have seen I am still unconvinced either way. The two assumptions of ethics seem only to be possible but not anymore concrete than that. From a purely philosophical standpoint I personally would like to believe in the existence of free will, and accordingly morality and ethics. I would have trouble waking up every day if my life were preprogrammed and predestined. I like to believe that the actions and decisions I make every day matter.
