…do just that from Emerson’s writing. Again, an image flashed before my eyes, so vivid that it replaced my musings on Emerson’s work: a scene of baking desert sands and frowning cliffs. I could almost feel the hot dry air against my skin. I guess the terrain of Egypt will just have to wait for my eventual visit, since in the meantime I plan to explore the land through my bestseller novel.
