Without oversight these government agencies have no restrictions stopping them from stepping out of legal and ethical boundaries. While I believe this system is extremely beneficial to the countries in tracking threats to the nation such as Al Qaeda, I do not believe it should be used to illegally and unfairly spy on competition to American Corporations.
