…believe man's primitive urge is to survive, it seems like some people with psychological problems find logic in killing another person? I don't know much about the government? But it seems like throughout time laws have been designed as a reaction to mans actions. One of the things I believe about our society is that murder will always be here and the only way to suppress it is to make people think about the consequences.
