Gladstone of the Liberal party and Disraeli of the Conservative party had different views, and passed different acts. Where Gladstone focused more on Domestic policies, Disraeli payed much attention to Foreign affairs. Though different in political views, both Gladstone and Disraeli helped England on its way to becoming a democracy.
