The Government should make it compulsory for all workplaces to have and Affirmative Action plan and Equal Employment Opportunity in place because no matter how big the workplace discrimination still looms large and too many people are getting away with it. As well as these schemes being firmly implemented into the workplace it needs to be adapted in society for it to have a full impact and to stop it flowing into the workplace.
