Convicted criminals have been judged and tried by a jury of twelve. When found guilty and housed in a penitentiary they should lose all their rights as a citizen. Once imprisoned they are no longer able to vote they lost their citizenship so why are we allowing them to complete an education, have access to libraries and recreational equipment. I feel we sympathize for the criminals more than the innocent victims do. The criminals need to be caged within their 8 by 10 cell. For the more merciless cold-blooded killer, capital punishment is the only true justice. No executed murderer has ever murdered again
