…The only place where I see this rule used on a daily basis is with children. When exposed to a new environment a child will see what everyone else is doing and follow. Also children follow the adult influences around them thats why your child is said to be a spitting image of yourself. Still it doesn't decide what is right and what isn't that choice is left to the one's the child looks after.
