…Company was right to fire Tuff, then they would be right to fire all who wrote and complied with the new policy towards drunk drivers because they also broke a previously written policy. Perhaps some leave without pay until the policy problems could be worked out would be a good idea. From a public relations perspective, it might actually be in the company's best interest to thank Tuff for bringing the problem to their attention.
