Congress was created through the Constitution as an intrinsic part of the government. …there are three very important Congressional powers, it is important to note that these powers are not unlimited in their scope. Congress has a set of rules that it has to abide by, and if it does not then it will have to pay for the consequences. The powers that it does have are very important to the welfare of the U.S. Without them, the nation would not be able to function at all.
