to reminisce about their past through photographs, there many people who hate the idea of pictures. Based on cultural idea of beauty that has been imbedded into our society, pictures make us aware of our flaws. Pictures help people draw boundaries between fat and skinny, tall and short, and good and bad. It is those 4 by 6 photographs that sometimes make me happy, sometimes make me sad, and other times makes me wish I was taller.
