When affirmative action denies an individual the right to employment or education, then it moves America back to where it was thirty years ago in terms of equal rights. If America ever hopes to achieve equality and have people judged as individuals, affirmative action needs to be taken out of effect and allow people to achieve on their own, not because of a policy.
