Affirmative Action
I believe that affirmative action should not be allowed or encouraged to
remedy past discrimination. I feel that the affirmative action legislation shows
favoritism toward minorities, which is not based on their own abilities, but by their
nationality or race. I also feel that affirmative action is no longer needs to be
considered in employment, education, and contracting decisions. Women and
minority groups today have the same abilities and talents as white men …
