…formal education, there still exists room for one to improve his life. The biggest group that I would see disadvantaged and most like a caste system would be African Americans. They get stuck in area that foster crime and deviance, however I believe we as society are making great strides to improve these conditions. By education, neighborhood cleanup projects, and successful men and women talking to the youth, we will see change throughout the generations.
