In the following report I will anaylise and interpret the facts surrounding Lennie Small’s death. It has become apparent that George Milton was the perpetrator in this incident, and his reasons for committing such a violent offense is portrayed throughout the report. I recommend that George be set on trial in front of the court to arrange his punishment, which I recommend to be 15 years jail.
