that German’s could send information back and forth without enemies being able
to see what they were saying. The Enigma code machine could send 150 million,
million, million, different messages. And with that many different ways of
sending codes, the Germans believed that no one could crack the Enigma code.

many years after the war the code-breakers machines and books were kept secret.
The code breakers did do a great deal to help end the war faster, and help find the
location of Rommel’s forces and supply roads, to help Montgomery’s huge and
one of the last victory’s in the desert. And helped allies be more aware of U-boats
in the Atlantic, and many supply ships crossing the sea.
