This essay is to discuss the existence of passive resistance to the Nazi regime in Germany during the years 1933-1945. As mentioned before, fear was an important factor in intimidating people to stay away from such meetings. You could not trust anyone, and therefore getting crowds together was difficult. But when it comes to passive resistance, failing to do exactly as you're told, that existed.
