Taliban also needs to be punished. They have allowed bin Laden to operate and perhaps even fueled his efforts with recruits. I believe that rebuilding Kabul and Kandahar, Afghanistan’s two major cities would be a good place for them to start. I am for the use of military force in the wake of the terrorist attacks. It is the way we respond to tragedy that molds our character, let us be resilient and brave.
