On September 11, 2002, the United States became victim to Al-Qaeda’s terrorist attack. The attack caused the loss of 3000 men, women, and children. Only time will tell what Saddam Hussein plans on doing with his current production of nuclear weapons. Former president Clinton said it well, “Hussein has the weapons, and he will use them.” With Hussein’s growing rage towards the United States, the weapons which he possesses become a threat to the American nation.
