“Un-American” what a word! Is it even a word? According to Noah Webster it is, and it is defined as uncharacteristic of America. What does that mean? Where did this word come from, who came up with it and why did the government and society use it so often? How un-American is that?” Even after the years have passed I firmly believe the word “un-American” is still in many people’s vocabulary and will continue to live there forever. As long as there are the patriotic, the conservative and of course the extremists this word will never die.
