…people, making average people feel powerless and nonexistent. We as a society must go back to the concept of a community of publics. We must realize that our votes do count and even if one’s vote does not have an immediate effect on one’s life, we as a society should still vote. We must realize that it is not a government conspiracy. It is us as a community not voting and not participating.
