…expensive plan of the group and there are a lot of weaknesses in the structure of it. The Electoral College system may not be perfect, but it has led to over 200 years of political stability. There have been some instances when a President has been elected even though he wasn’t the popular choice, but the positive aspects that are given to the election process by having the Electoral College far outweigh the few mistakes.
