The great heroic god, Vol, had just acquired wisdom by helping man defeat
the great almighty creature, the sphinx. To help mankind, Vol gave wisdom
to man. He said,
With the strength the gods have given me,
I have defeated the great creature.
The wisdom the gods have given me,
For defeating the great evil,
I forever give to man to prosper.
However, Zeus was not pleased with Vol’s decision. Wisdom was only supposed
