…entertain ourselves, right down to how we get our basic nourishment, technology has accidentally displaced the role of the healthy family. With technology making products faster and our lives simpler, it seems the faster we can do things, the faster we go. We don’t spend the extra time we have gained from these innovations with our families; we just find more things to do to fill these gaps. We are actually making ourselves busier.
