We could encounter these groups in the work force, a social activity, or in the educational setting. …thing for groups, but in fact boundaries are what really define a group. It also help to understand the importance behind boundaries, for without boundaries there wouldn't really be any control or guidelines in a group setting. In fact without boundaries there would be no group. And so without this systems theory there would be no understanding of "interconnectedness", and thus no understanding of what would make one group fail and or one group succeed.
