…in contrast, the unemployment level doubles among all ethnicities for those in the city. As shown by the data above, segregation plays a major role and directly effects education, income, and unemployment.  These issues have been ignored for too long and the effects are apparent.  In my opinion, a possible solution to these problems would be to propose educational and employment opportunities and services for minorities and those living in the central city of Cincinnati.
