We can still see that lack of understanding in different forms today. We see it in police brutality, all black and all white schools, stereotyping, and racial profiling. Events such as Amadu Dialo’s brutal killing, Abner Leuima’s attack by officers, and the OJ Simpson trial reflect upon some racism that is still alive.
