 Managerial staff (over abundance of) for the size of the branch at this time.
 Slow decision making process. (internal)
 Low morale from the employees

almost identical without the expensive price tag, and his staff would consist of twelve

Summary
By restructuring in this manner, the decisions making process will become more
fluid, overall responsibilities will and should be increased, and finally morale and
productivity will increase. Which will benefit the company short and long term.
